January has been a fantastic month for women in tech, with female digital founders transforming their industry, Ford’s CIO pushing for more women in tech, and Boston’s female STEM experts receiving major awards.

Alongside this, we looked at how fathers are helping their daughters prepare to join the industry,  and how the dean of the new Grace Hopper Academy coding school is transforming perceptions of female coders.
