Avenger of the Week | Jess Wade, Physicist
Do you know the old adage ”one step forward, two steps back”? It should become the new motto for women scientists on Wikipedia. As quickly as the Wikipedia pages of women scientists are flagged for removal, physicist Jess Wade is adding more so they can gain and maintain their rightful places in history. This endeavor, which she began in 2017, has led to the addition of 670 Wikipedia pages that feature women in science, and we applaud her for her incredible effort. Keep up the good work, Jess.
